It started with three friends and one simple belief—the world is meant to be explored, not just imagined. We didn’t have a business plan, we had backpacks, small savings, and an unstoppable curiosity to travel. Our journeys took us across mountains, cities, beaches, and places we had only seen in pictures. But somewhere along the way, we began collecting something unusual from every destination ,a flag, a ticket, a stone, a shell, or anything that truly represented that place. Not expensive things, but emotions attached to locations. We started placing everything inside a glass jar. At first it was empty, just sitting on a shelf like a dream waiting to begin. But slowly, journey by journey, memory by memory, it started filling up. Every item inside it carried a story, every object had a feeling attached to it, and without realizing it we were building something much bigger than a collection. That jar became our world, our memories, and a silent reminder of everything we had experienced together. One night after returning from yet another journey, we placed the jar in front of us and just looked at it for a long time. It was completely full. In that silence, one thought changed everything—these memories are too powerful, too emotional, and too beautiful to keep with us alone. That was the moment the idea was born to open the jar and share these experiences with everyone. Not the physical objects, but the emotions behind them, the feeling of discovery, the joy of travel, and the magic of exploring the unknown. That idea became Tripzar Holidays. Today Tripzar is not just a travel company, it is the jar we once filled—now opened for the world. TERMS & CONDITIONS

All services are subject to availability, confirmation, and applicable supplier policies.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Tripzar.
The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, supplier revisions, fuel surcharges, or government regulations.
Failure to make payments within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other approved communication channels.
Cancellation charges shall be applicable based on the cancellation date and supplier policies.
Certain bookings may be non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees, taxes, and service charges.
No refunds shall be provided for unused services, no-shows, or voluntary early departures.
5. Changes & Modifications
Tripzar reserves the right to alter, modify, substitute, or cancel any itinerary, accommodation, transport arrangement, or service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Political disturbances
Supplier operational issues
Force majeure events
Reasonable alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
6. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate personal, travel, and contact information.
Carrying valid identification documents, passports, visas, permits, and travel documents.
Complying with local laws, customs, and regulations.
Maintaining appropriate conduct during tours and travel activities.
Ensuring they are medically fit for travel and informing us of any special requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tripzar Holidays LLP acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. We shall not be liable for:
Flight delays or cancellations
Hotel overbookings
Transportation disruptions
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Injuries, illnesses, accidents, or death
Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Tripzar for the specific service.
8. Third-Party Services
Hotels, airlines, transport operators, visa agencies, and other service providers operate under their own terms and conditions. By booking through Tripzar, you agree to comply with the policies and conditions imposed by such providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on Tripzar.in, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, trademarks, and website elements, is the exclusive property of Tripzar Holidays LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
